  • GI, Abdominal Pain
    • Describe the clinical pathologic correlation and natural history of:
    • Abdominal Pain (acute cholecystitis, GERD, PUD, acute pancreatitis, diverticular disease, acute appendicitis, Crohn disease, acute gastroenteritis, small bowel obstruction/infarction)
    • Dysphagia (achalasia)
    • Diarrhea (acute/chronic, watery/bloody, hematemesis, melena, hematochezia)
  • Liver
    • Describe the clinical pathologic correlation and natural history of:
    • Bilirubin metabolism, cirrhosis, viral hepatitis, alcoholic liver disease, autoimmune hepatitis, hemachromatotis, Wilson disease, Alpha-1 Antitrypsin Deficiency, NAFLD & steatohepatitis, and cholestasis.
