ST elevation V5 with reciprocal V1, to Vtach, to poss torsades, to vfib. Tx with ACLS, CPR/epi/amiodarone/defibrillation, consider Mg if vfib persists or torsades returns . Cause of death L lateral MI.

Very interesting. I like the emphases on a proper history and that ECG alone can not be used as a diagnosis. Good case.
